Few Questions: ...
So I have an EXT cab ranger, 2002 XLT model. I got the 60/40 with a dark "graphite?" Grey interior. I want to get buckets and a short console (maybe long). I want to have some buckets with lumbar, leather would be nice. I like the look of 2001 up "explorer sport" and the "sport trac pre-2004" look. Its my understanding that those would all bolt up - no issues? Older explorer seats 95-2001 (regular explorer) would be okay too, but the right color is harder to find.
But because I have an extended cab, and am dating a twin, I need to be able to throw her in the back from time to time. It's a 2 door, not a 4, so how much of a pain would it be to have the seat up enough, then flip the backrest forward, in order for her to get in? Would I have to get it off a sport model to have this option? I think it would drive me nuts to use the little electric motor and scoot it forward...then pull the handle...then motor it back... etc..
How are you ext. cab owners doing in these regards?
and am I right on my fitment years? I have been trying to do a lot of searches, that what I have compiled.
What years do I have to worry about pre-pretensioners.. I'm not even sure what they are?
