Finally Did Door Panels

I was finally able to square away doing my new door panels i will have pics up tonight hopefully since i have to go to work soon. Btw they are aluminum!

yeah those door panels....the ones that you said "Hey dont open the door, my new panels will fall off." Those door panels? lol im sure they will look better once thier all squared away. Hell of a lot better then reaching for an arm rest and end up with White grease from the window motor on my elbow....lol.

dude i know but they still don't have armrests and i still need to make some handles for them but as of now they are bolted on and loko freakin awesome! Im debating on whether or not i should paint them or polish them up and swirl them.... kinda torn between the two.

swirl them! it would look sick! my freind made door panels on his truck (my buddy with the '86 ram charger) except he made his out of diamond plate lol

Here they are i still need to polish them up but the spots you see that are polished are the spots we buffed out all the marker we used.

My thoughts exactly, that might burn like hell on a hot summer day. Looks cool though.

Dont you need those cabin pressure vents on the door? Those look really nice.

what armrests? lol and damn never thought of the cabin pressure things you think it will be alright?

nope none i have been without them for almost a year now lol. My alpine headunit more than makes up for the lack of two speakers...

lol as soon as Shaklakan read the post about the panels getting hot in the summer i was at his house and he literally looked at me and said out loud "oh ****, i didnt think about that." and then laughed hahaha.

Just an idea but if you cut a hole and put one of those computer fan guards on it with a little design thing knda like this

If you have issues shutting the door you only need some vents.

so far no issues because my windows are always rolled down lol. But when i do roll them up i don't have any issues shutting them so im good. And the fan things is cool and all but i think it would look a little goofy...

yah im definetly going to swirl them soon but first things first my power window motor and my clutch need to be replaced i already have the motor just need to put it in and the clutch im doing myself.
