Gauge Pods 03+

Because of the grab handle on 03+ pillars has anyone used a 2 pod setup under the handle? I think it could fit but it could be real close.

You know you can drill out the rivits for the grab handle and put a older non-handle piece on there?

Oh yea I got the 2 pod pillar thingy!

yeah, I was just thinking of keeping it on there. Have a tran temp gauge doing nothing and was going to throw an oil temp (get one) to go with it.

The Autometer double pod doesn't fit below the handle and, even if it did, it would be so low that it would block the side defrost vent. I removed the handle, then positioned the double pillar pod as high as possible without having the sunvisor hit it while being adjusted. That way, the side defroster and visor will still work as designed.

Those are the exact ones I want! Should match the stock gauges perfectly. There just a little pricy tho... oh well.

I had them in my truck as well, it is a nice fit, unfortunately. My truck was totaled before the installation was complete.
