Instrument cluster help

This forum has been extremely helpful so far but I've ran into a slight problem. So I took the cluster from a 98 Explorer and put it in my 95 ranger. I read it was just plug and play but the tack and speedo are both off badly. How can I fix this if at all? I Didn't speed test the speedometer with a battery but I figure I can fix that relatively easy using my gps. I was wondering what to do about the Tachometer problem.

Update: Got it fixed. Had to switch some of the factory wires around because there was a small change from 98 to 95 but it is working now
