Passanger side A/C vent pops out, pry it out with a screw driver. Drivers side is attached to the gauge surrond. Pull the bottom kick panel, the metal sheild, and the surrond. Defroster vets pop out if you pull on them. there are two bolts that point up above the area for the A/C control, remove those, and the radio bezel pulls out. Remove the sliding thing in the cup holders, just pull up, and remove the rubber mats in the bottom. There are two plastic screws, just turn them, and it will come out when you pull up on it.
