Interior Swap

Interior Swap
I have a 1993 Single cab. The older squared off interior. The dashboard and doors are old, faded and cracking blue. I want to swap it out but as long as I am doing so, I would rather update it to the later rounded off style (95 and up) with the double din radio setup and updated heat and AC controls so I can add a Navigation head unit.
Has anyone done this? Can you give me some pointers or lessons learned? how hard is the conversion of wiring etc.

I just bought a '93 with some mech issues to use for body parts to fix my '94's front end. I have no real use for the interior which isn't in too terrible shape. It's light brown/tan in color while my '94 is gray - but I really like it better. Its bucket seats with a center console and - aside front a small tear in the side bolster of the driver's seat - seems like it would clean up nice. And they are power adjustable and pretty sporty for a truck. I question whether they are original or not. They manually slide back/forth. There is a manual grab bar in front that you can pull out and it will extend the cushion to give greater support under your knees. The d/s has 2 switches: one squeezes the thigh bolsters tighter and the other - well, I'm not sure. Just seems to make a noise. I'm guessing is a lumbar inflation thingy or, maybe, height adjustment. There is only one switch for the passenger seat. Again, it just makes noise as far as I have been able to tell.
Even if you are not interested I was hoping you could tell me whether these are seats Ford offered in '93 Rangers. Considering that there are no power windows or locks (just mirrors) it seems that they - at least - were a special-order item. My '94 seats are the 60/40 variety and 100% manual. Don't know how to supply power to these seats should I decide to keep them. Thanks
