Just completed Dash LED's
I just completed intalling white LED's in the dash. It took me like 2 1/2 hours total. Hope fully it will turn out well. Will post pics when it gets dark. Here they are before. I had no Fuel light
ah looks good, did you have to take off any of the film or coloring behind the numbers on the gauges. BTW, what kind of LEDs did you use. I need to replace I think two back there and I'd like to put some kind of other color in there.

I used 194LED's from ebay. I had to take the green coloring off the backs, which was the worst and took longer than anything else
You'll want to get frosted LED bulbs..
The ones he's using are probably projected.

Scroll down, website is a little tricky to use at first, but gets easy once you know what you are looking for.
I'm planning on doing this aswell... But I'm leaving it green, thats the color scheme on my truck on the inside..

Yeah I just scrapped the green off. If I would have painted the backs of the gauges it would not show the location of the lights. The white is not too bight, the pics from my camera has a sight flash to it
I was planning on just running white frosted LED's.
But thats because I'm striving for the white needles, and other areas that are lit up to be white, except the green numbering.
Running green frosted/diffused LED's may add an eerie look to it!
I'm months away from any mods though.
Living paycheck to paycheck atm.

LOL, me as well but just got a call and tuesday I'm off to an interview. I know how to take the dash apart (what a PITA to, so much **** has to come off for just the gauge cluster) and I'd like to do this some time soon. MAybe I'll see what I can do. I'll put some green frosted ones in there and see how it comes out.
