Looking for a part number and name

The part that latches the rear doors on an extended cab to the floor. It's black, a square loop and bolts to the floor with some torq screws.

Mine is rusted and I feel is making it difficult to open my back doors. Rock auto wasn't much help and I'd like some info when I go to the stealership.

Have you considered removing the "loop", cleaning up and repainting?

Too far gone, I went to the dealer and they were kind enough to spray it with grease. It helped a little but I'd still like to replace it.

Go to Official Ford Parts Site | Buy Motorcraft & OEM Ford Parts Online | FordParts.com and enter your vin # and a drawing should come up with the part. Did the Ford dealer try to locate the part for you?

Yea, he found what I need. It's a striker, my latch mechanism was sticking. They lubed it and it seems to have helped.

The parts he said I'd need were that striker, latch, a shim plate and a retro kit to hook the door handle wire to the latch. He said they upgraded and if I didn't need it I could return it. Total for everything's was $247. I've been sleeping on it.
