Moving Center Console

I removed my front plastic floor console piece to install a radio console for some communication equipment and while it does clear the main center console I do not have enough room to reach the power outlets on the front of it. Is it possible to unbolt the center move it back a few inches and drill and remount?

I did not look to far into it last night but does anyone know off hand how to remove that console from the floor?

This is the radio console. Although I am not using the legs, the console is bolting straight to the floor in place of the smaller plastic console under the dash.

Be aware that the Restraints control module is underneath that smaller console and will probably get in the way of the radio thing.

I know and no it is not in the way. I had to do some very slight work with the dremel, just to take off the tabs that hold the plastic cover that holds the airbag switch and ashtray and it fits perfectly. If you notice there is a lip on the bottom with 3 cig outlets, even my lowest radio clears the airbag computer. I also moved the airbag key switch and remounted to where it is still connected and accessible if need be.

That console conforms to to hump in the cab floor. If you move it back I don't think you will be able to get it to sit right. Plus the bracket on the rear of the console is secured to the floor with nuts that attach to studs that are welded to the cab floor and they will get in the way if you try to move it.
