Now with new bezel, Kudos Razorsedge

The bezel goes crooked, it will not stay straight, the angle is to much.

I need a straight shifter arm....Dang

Doesn’t the FX4 have separate boots/bezels ?

I thought I saw a pic with separate pieces.

looks to me like where you made the peace to move the shifter up is just straight. with in turn made it where the shifter now has to be puttled back farther to get into low gear. you need to put a s bend in your extenton to move it closer to the dash insted of closer to the seats. and your new boots will work then

Chg to Auto and send me the RCM Cover in front of the shifter, LoL.

I see that you have extended the throw (redrocket post) didn’t notice nor was it mentioned.

Make an adapter out of flat stock, as wide as you want to move the shifter forward and as long as you want to lift the shifter.

OMG I wish I could use a CAD Program… sorry man, the finished drawing didn’t look anything like the edited one had to delete.

You can use a fx4 bezel with a body lift, hurst shifter, some trimming, and an extension for both shifters. It is a very tight fit but the hurst makes it a little more easy. since you just have to worry about the t-case hitting.

Lokar makes some nice Shifter Boots and Rings, aluminum, looks a lot like the FX$ stuff, except not Ford.

separate Boots and Rings will make it work.

Dustin. Remember how mine looks? No isolater crap around the bottom of the tcase shifter?? Take yours apart and do it like mine to see if it works.

Also, a new redesigned shift extention can make that shifter "straight"...
