here is how it sits now....the last time i worked on it was 3-12-07.......hopefully i can get it and all the other things i have to do to the truck by end of July or mid August...

Looks like a good start. Definitely a good project. Could definitely see myself doing something like. Make sure to keep us posted.

It'll look real good when finished, but I'd miss the airvents alot! Have you considered making the air come out of the useless little vents on each side of the bezel?

i use the small "useless" on the passanger side of my bezel for my EATC.....can't go that route....it pulls air in

"What the hell am I doing?" lol I know all that would make me nervous.

But I have faith in you fellow Ranger owner. It looks like it's coming along nicely.

oooo yea more than once.......never worked with bondo before......

hopefully it turns out the way i want it too....

dremel sand it down to were it is close, then hand sand to finish!

You could take a couple of the little EATC vent things and mold them in on both outsides of the bezel next to the first and third gauges for a little bit of airflow. Maybe not but it looks good none the less. Can't wait to see it finished.
