got it installed, but i broke the ohc dome lights
will add pics later

the one hole in the headliner is from the previous owner had xm radio installed at the top and had it portable

and the temp sensor... does it have to be at the header panel??

It needs to be out front in the airflow but it's better if it's protected from direct rain splash. For accuracy, don't mount it in the engine compartment or too close to the radiator.

header panel or under the frame. Whats with the hole by the ohc? LOL

i know the hole messes it up but its been there since i bought the truck. the previous owner had xm radio portable receiver thing and he tried taking it out and ended up leaving a hole soooo im stuck with a hole lol

and i put my temp sensor for the time being on the frame below the driverside door on the outside of the frame.... that an okay spot???

might get really wet in a couple months...Ive got mine by the tranny cooler, under the frame. Didnt notice a temp difference from the header panel so its going back up there. Id say move it to header panel before it starts raining...its fine for now.

thats where I have mine except mines on the inside of the frame. my temp reads too high. its picking up motor heat. sometimes its off by 20 degrees. front end of the truck is a better spot. I haven't moved mine up front because I don't know how to route the wire up there

i was just short about 5 ft of wire to run it to the headerpanel. but ill get around to it sometime

wheres the header panel?

I'm about to get my OHC wired so I want to have an idea of where. I was thinking under the airbox somewhere.

Alright so I think there are some missing steps in this OHC install. Like "misplace screws here." then "cussing storm here"

Didn't finish today but will soon
