But I was wondering if I was to pull the ohc out of a wrecked explorer what all do I need to get out of it. I dont want to leave the junkyard and not have everything I need to install. 95~01 Explorer console, sheet metal mounting bracket above it, temp sensor near the DS grille/rad support, connector for the temp sensor with 4~6" wire attached.

Read this and this for more complete info.

95~01 Ex consoles all have the same plastic base as long as you stay away from the sunroof model console (more difficult to mount). 95~97 have a blue display and 98~01 have green, so that may help you make your choice right there.

You are going to supply the various wires to power the console and lights and the wires to the temp sensor, the rest is self contained. You may have to adjust the color codes and tie-in points to match your 93 harness but it should be easy.

Auto Dim mirror.

Hi I have a auto dim mirror that has the lamp feature to delay the headlights off when parking. I bought it not knowing it had the lamp feature. I don't want that so I will sell it $25 plus shipping
