Putting T-bird bucket seats in '99 Ranger

This page was very useful for me poking around in a junkyard today:
http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/Seats.html

And I found a few late 80's T-birds with both buckets in great shape. However, they are all power seats. The seat cannot be moved backward or forward manually, though the tilt can apparently be adjusted manually. I'm definitely a novice, so I'm not entirely sure what I'm getting myself into (and fabricating new pieces is almost entirely out of the question for me, at least not yet). Are all of the adjusting motions (backward/forward, tilt, lumbar, etc.) controlled by the seat tracks? Or are some/all of the mechanisms for those motions in the seat itself?

I ask because the controls for adjusting these power seats are on a set of controls that are mounted not on the seat or seat tracks themselves but rather into the center console. It seems like more of a project than I want to undertake to wire up my Ranger and install the controls. What I'm hoping is that the adjustment for backward/forward is done entirely by the tracks and that I can just use my '99 Ranger's factory tracks with the nice T-bird buckets bolted on. Is that possible?

That's actually what I set out to do but they're quite difficult to find in decent shape here in the SF/Bay Area.

all the power stuff on t-bird seat is on the track. the have the same bolt pattern as a mustang, so yes they should bolt to your ranger track.
