I have searchede and searched, but maybe this is the best place for my questions. First, I have a 94 Ranger Reg. Cab. I know Explorer seats fit in it, but what years? I dont want to do much modification, cause I dont have the tools. Also, I read that Mustang seats fit in there too. Second, I want to replace the carpeting, but I was quoted 250 dollars, is that too much? Sorry for being new, but I am starting to love my truck, and want to treat her good now, lol

PS I dont know if it matter, but NOTHING in this truck is automatic

 

Explorer seats will be a tight fit in a '94 regular cab. They lack the extra 3" of cab length that the '98+ models have. I'm not eniterely sure they will fit (it would be like stuffing 10 pounds of crap into a 5 pound bag) but even so, you will need to swap out the seat tracks from your current stock seats. Seats from a '90-'01 will technically fit, but since the earlier ones are hard to find in decent shape, you'd be best finding the newest ones that you can.
