Rear Cab Leak

I need some help here, I am at a loss with this water leak. 02 XLT Extended Cab. It is leaking at the passenger rear top of the cab. No it is not the 3rd brake light, and it is also not the rear window seal. I've had it resealed twice, which I'll explain. Originally the 3rd brake light was leaking. I put new foam sealer around it and it stopped leaking for a while. Then it started up again. Since the previous owner put hotter bulbs in and melted the housing, I decided to just replace it. Replaced with OEM Ford brake light. Again, held for a while. Then started leaking again. This time I pulled the headliner down and saw dried water all along the top of the window. Decided it was rear window seal. Pulled the whole interior out and had glass guy come put new butyl tape on. It was done correctly, as he had done hundreds of these in the 2000's when these trucks were new for the same issue. He leaves. Rains later on. I go to check and it still leaks in the same spot. There was another spot, top driver rear of rear window, that stopped leaking completely so that's fixed. I'll put a picture of the leak in question. Call him and came back out today while I was at work to look. I wasn't able to watch him the whole time this time for obvious reasons. But went out and said the seal was fine, and the only thing he can think it is would be the seam from the roof to the cab is leaking. He said he'd put a dab of sealer above the butyl tape there. He put the window back. Pours out today. Checked afterwards, and it still leaks a little. It's not nearly as bad, so he did something right, but I can still see a little water inside. I am at a loss for what to do. I'd hate to go smear windshield glue all over my back window. The seam sealer has a crack in it, but doesn't look that bad. I stuck a boroscope in the roof by the area and had someone spray water on that corner. Idk where I was looking in there, really hard to see, but could see water come in quickly before he pulled it today. Could that cause an issue? Anyone else have this issue? Thanks
