Steering Wheel question

I have an 03 FX4
The left part of my steering wheel lights up, where it says "ON OFF" (for the cruise control). The right side does not light up, where it says "Resume, Set/Accell".
Is the right side not suppose to light up?

Yes but it is common for the bulbs to burn out.

Mine didn't work for the longest time and I didn't bother to change it, but this morning we where going duck/goose hunting and driving through a field in the dark and wasn't paying attention and hit a huge bump and my elbow hit the steering wheel. And now it works lol. My elbow is sore now though lol.....

You can't get replacement bulbs for them...believe you must purchase the entire pod.

Remove the steering wheel airbag, then there's two phillips screws that hold the cruise control pods to the wheel. They just split in two. I led'd mine when they burn't out.

My lights stopped working then later my buttons stopped working so I had to replace the whole pod. 80 bucks and I did the install myself.

Just so you know
