My 01 did, replaced it with an LED. It's always on with truck so it tends to burn out real quick.

Mine has never worked, and I'm not gonna bother fixing/replacing it.

I know where the switch is and what the settings are.

It's probably a 194 bulb, there are plenty of Led replacement for those.

There's no replacement bulbs or an "easy" LED swap,
BUT... I do a pretty sweet LED conversion to the bulb holder. I use an OEM bulb holder and it's a plug-n-play swap... takes about a minute to install, that is after you get the dash off

I can also do the 4x4 & fog light switches too.

Anybody interested, just drop me a PM or check out my posts.

I need to change my headlight switch one sooner or later to an LED. I notice the cardomain how-to says there are no color filters for the light. Does a regular green LED somewhat match the rest of the interior lights?

Color-wise my LED's are a close match, although they're a lot brighter than the stock bulb.
It all depends on the type of LED used.

You can use a low output LED that might be an exact color match, but it might not be nearly as bright, same goes for a high output... it'll be brighter but may not exactly match the other bulbs.
