turn signal/ wiper unit
turn signal/ wiper unit
I have a 2002 ranger and my knees keep flipping my directional when im driving because it hangs too low. do they make a directional/ wiper switch that is set up differently then oem?
I know in 04 they put a turn in the shaft to make the end higher up. do they make one for a 2002?

Google: 2002 ford ranger multifunction switch
I believe there are after market models but they probably have the same angle.
After removing steering column covers you may be able to devise a way to change the angle a bit.

I would doubt they are the same, wires or mounting.
A wrecking yard might know.
I have never swapped one and never even read about swapping one, so you will probably be on your own as far as finding the answer

They do work. Mounting is the same and connection spots are universal between ford trucks. If you replace your drooped multifunction switch with an f150 of the SAME year then everything works. I just got one from the Pick-n-pull and it works fine.
However, i did get a 98 one too and they look exactly the same, but when i turned on my wipers they didnt shut off. so make sure its the same year
