yes it should the 4 door is the same as the extended cab just the extended cab part has a door

No, unless you make some kind of bracket for it to attach to when pulled all the way out.

i bet you could build something custom like that pretty easily. how does it "roll up" when its stowed?

no the rear of the cab is different also the part it attaches to isnt there.. then having the cover out and opening the door ya bad idea

Unless you make some way to make it mount, you are SOL on running the 2dr cargo cover in a 4dr.

You should be able to duplicate that since the cabs are essentially the same... you just can't open the door and have the cover open at the same time.
