okay, due to popular demand and to help not get anyone fired, i say we move it to sunday.

all those in favour, say "I".. all those opposed, say "ni"....

eye

NATEFX407 Nov 28, 2009 07:08 AM

I am in favour of moving it to Sunday if it helps more people show. Either day works for me, I'll be there. What else do we need for the grub, what can I bring? I can easily grab lots of lumber scraps for a fire if needed. I'll have a recovery strap, hi-lift and a shovel with me. Laz, are you coming?

NATEFX407 Nov 28, 2009 07:25 AM

Whoops.. I can only make it on Sunday. Apparently I'm going to be in Kitchener on Saturday for a family Christmas.

d-rock Nov 28, 2009 08:03 AM

Bring what ever you want for desert. Just try to stay away from nuts and stuff like that in case anyone is allergic.

ShadowRanger08 Nov 28, 2009 11:51 AM

i'll have to look around for what we have, butter tarts and pies are the first thing to pop into my head...or a giant tub of ice cream haha

lumpy4000 Nov 28, 2009 04:16 PM

so sunday it is, i shall edit the post with the date.

food wise, bring something someone else is not bringing... there is a post somewhere with a list so just copy it and add what you are bringing...

d-rock Nov 28, 2009 10:12 PM

ok so we have a date. but are we going to be going if there is a bunch of snow ?????? cus i dont think the 2wd will make it

Seb_L Nov 28, 2009 11:22 PM

I'll go fo sho if it's a sunday, and I'm sure my roomate would come with his 2wd '08 Sport. And as far as food goes, i dont know for me, depends on funds. Ever since I started at ford for 10$/h bills have been extremely tight.

But I have a winch :P

reader585 Nov 29, 2009 04:03 AM

I think we should have the meet weather there is snow or now snow. And same goes for hitting the trails.snow or no snow we hit the trails.

changed the date in the thread to Sunday, December 20, 2009... so that is the official date.

agreed, snow is just mother natures frosting on a good time!! lol! dress appropriately for cold weather, being snow or rain.

i dont think everyone has to bring a lot of food, but by each person bring a contribution towards lunch, we have a huge meal. really if you spend ten bucks that should be more then plenty...

and we should all try to bring at least a shovel. i am bring my shovel, chainsaw (you never know), axe, recovery rope and a rigging strap.

lumpy4000 Nov 29, 2009 06:25 AM

oh and i have posted a link to this thread on both the TRS and ORBV forums... if anybody else knows of other forums they visit on a regular basis, post up a link and the details. the more the merrier....

morris Nov 29, 2009 03:27 PM

wow a dictatorship! i'm stoked. my girl might be coming with me. i'm also doing the math and that is alot of driving. i'd have to be on the road at like 5 or 6 am. then be gone by 5 or 6 pm to get home at a decent time.

i just talked to the girlie, "if i don't go, you wouldn't have to drive home sunday, you could crash there and drive home monday morn".

reader585 Nov 29, 2009 05:03 PM

Thats a lot of driving man. but it is so going to be worth it. Also if you can get someone ( girlfriend/ buddy) they can drive.

morris Nov 29, 2009 05:39 PM

she doesn't drive. it'd be all me.
