1992 Ranger 2.3 won’t start

I was driving down the road the other day, car sputtered out and stopped, would not start.

Engine turns over but will not start. Even after extended turning over.

Inertia switch is good and not tripped.
Fuel fuse is good.
Ignition fuse is good.
Replaced fuel pump and filter.
Cleaned the throttle body
New throttle hoses
Cleaned fuel injectors, installed new o-rings.
Installed new fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail. New gaskets and a few new vacuum hoses.
Spark plug tester shows no spark to the coils at all.
Swapped ignition coils. No spark.
Replaced ignition control module. No spark.

Things I haven’t checked:
Crankshaft position sensor? If it was this, wouldn’t I at least be getting some spark at some point?

ECM? Does the ECM affect the ICM?

Ground Fault? Could there be a ground fault somewhere?

Im kind of at a loss. Where would you all start?

Testing all the ground connections today

No one has helped yet, so I will keep this thread updated. Hopefully I can figure out the issue myself. When I do I will be sure to post the resolution so the next person with the same problem can learn
