2004 ford ranger 5.0 out of a 2000 explorer
I’m currently trying to get the truck to start I’ve seen on here a lot of people haven’t done my specific swap and it has been tuned by Lasota racing and the PATS was deleted.
Queston 1 I have no signal to the starter I have power and ground but no signal when going to start it how do I fix this issue.
Question 2 I also have no fuel I have the line unhooked mainly bc I’m lazy and the 5.0 side is rusty, but I still have no fuel none the less is this because of the starter issue or is this a seperate issue altogether.

What engine did the Ranger have in it, 2.3 or 3.0/4.0 ?
If 2.3 In under hood fuse box, Relay 46A (fuel pump) and Relay 48 (starter) you'll need to find which terminal was being grounded by the PATS and permanently ground them.
if 3.0/4.0 it will be relays 48A (fuel pump) and 56 (starter)
I don't have the wiring diagram so I can't tell you what color wires the are
