Help with OVERHEATING

I just joined to get some help on my Ranger. I recently purchased a 1990 Ranger that was getting hot. After if runs for about 5 minutes it starts pushing antifreeze back thru the resivour. What can be causing that and how do I fix it?

Head gasket.
