Clicks and Vibs

Hi all, I new at this. I've been learning by read but now I have questions. I have a 2001 4X4 4.0, 140,000 miles, while driving I'm having a clicking noise I think from the front left wheel. Is there a sure way to check to see if I have a bad CV shaft. I can't figure it out. Also while driving a 55 to 65 mph I get a vibration, lower speeds no, higher speed no, help please.

VIbration is more than likely a wheel out of balance.

To check your CV's I would look for torn boots at either end of the CV shaft. They usually dont fail unless you've torn a boot and contaminates have entered.
