I just got a 1997 ranger xlt and it is a little beat up but decent shape. 170k miles. I notice a loud rattle in my dashboard when im accelerating but as soon as i left off the gas it usually stops. And I also here a loud whooshing or rushing liquid sound going through the dash as well, especially when in gear or moving the shifter (its a manual 2.3) any suggestions? Id rather not break down days after i got this thing i nees it to last a little bit lol
