Hi all I am a new newbe here.I did post asking for advice on replacing Engine on my 2003 ranger 4x4 automatic XLT with 4.0.my truck is still euns great but timming chain is on its way out so I was thinking instead of replacing timming chain since truck has over 205k miles on it I should just go pick up a new crate motor since I really like to truck and I have already replaced rear-end and tyranny with in the last 2 years.on top of the I have owned the truck since 2004 when it had 30k on it and it has been a really good truck beside tranny and rear-end. And that was just with in the last 2 years.I would some advice on a good place and price where I could buy a crate engine and also what I Things could I do to engine to give a little more horse power before installing engine.My old engine had some nice power but of I could get little more from New engine.Thank you for any and all help and advice
