Need Serious Help( Motor)

Hey Guys I Have A Problem With My Ranger... So The Smog Is Due And My Check Engine Light Is On... I Took It In And It Failed Of Course So They Said That The Code Said That My Truck Had Some Sort Of Lean, Which Is Supposely Related To The Motor Not Pulling Sufficient Gas... So Then I Thought That Maybe By Getting A Tune Up It Would Fix It But It Didnt... And To Make Things Worse When I Turn My Truck On And Leave It Just Running For A Lil Bit, I Start Feeling The Truck Like Shaking.. It Is Some Kind Of Rocking Motion From Side To Side Not Severe But I Am Able To Notice It... So Can Somebody Help Me By Telling Me If This Has Ever Happen To One Of You Guys And What Exactly Did You Have To Do To Fix It... Im Seriously Worried Just Since My Ranger Its My Only Car And I Use It For Everyday Things... Any Help Is Very Appreciated Thanksss...

You don't need to capitalize every single word, but good to see another cali member here, welcome.

Hi Jorge and welcome to the site. Nice to see somebody from the area. I actually lived in Grover for a year before I moved down to Santa Maria. Unfortunately I can't help with your situation, but I see you've posted the same paragraph in Introductions, 3.0 tech, and 4.0 tech. Generally it's a good idea to keep the introduction of yourself in introductions, then limit your new thread to one sub-forum. Do you have a 4.0 or a 3.0? I hope you don't take this as rude, I'm just trying to give some friendly advice to somebody that appears to be new to the whole internet forum thing . Hopefully somebody will be able to help you out. Also another friendly tip, as mentioned by the person above me, you don't need to capitalize every word...just the start of each sentence, proper nouns, etc. is perfect.
