Is there anyone who can offer help with a 2150a carburetor? I bought this 1983 Ford Ranger, automatic with 2.8L engine as a project. I pulled the carb off last week only to find the base was broken at one of the mounting holes. Can't find anyone or shop that can weld it and no luck finding another carb from the wreckers or classifieds. Apparently, this 2150a was only used on the 83 rangers and 84 bronco2 with 2.8L engine. The venturi size is 1.08. I'm wander if there's other 2150 carbs with 1.08 venturi from other engine sizes that might bolt on and work if i replace all internal parts, external parts as well as the horn???
