"new" 2005 B4000 for a newbie

My name is Steve but I go by "Tunes." I am a Florida boy living in Illinois.

I traded my 98 Ranger last week with no heater, broken windshield and no muffler with 175K for a 2005 Mazda B4000 4X4 with about 75K. I have lurked in the forum for several years, especially when needing to do motor maintenance on the Ranger but just joined the forum last week.

Question: How many of the parts are NOT interchangeable between the Ranger and the B4000? Obviously there are many more options for parts for the Ranger than the B4000.

I probably should ask if the Mazda guys are welcome on the Ranger forum. If not, I am a former Ranger owner, that should count for something. LOL

The body parts/panels are different between B-series and Rangers.
The engines, and running gear are the same.

All are welcome

Its literally a rebadged/ slightly rebody worked ranger only shared body panels is basically the cab and maybe the rear bumper most any of the guts will swap. As long as your in the same generation as in i doubt any of your 98 ranger stuff will swap since the trucks got significantly reworked in 2004.
