Oldy but a goodie
Hello All,
My name is Geoff and I hail from Vancouver Island... BC.... Canada... Eh! Well I just recently got probably one of the oldest trucks on the forum so don't laugh. My wife and I have a 2009 Ford Flex, and we needed a second vehicle, so I bought a 1989 civic to commute in, and hated it. Being that drive 60 km's to work for my full time Military career as well as I am a technical/working "scuba" diver, and a scuba instructor, and all my crap wouldn't fit in the civic. Therefore after extensive searching I got a 1986 Ranger XLT 4x4.... for $100.00 through a friend of a friend. She hadn't been started in two years and needs some love, she has some rust spots, but all in all she is a great truck that could easily sell (in this area) for a substantial amount more. I am strong believer in forum communities, because not matter your background or knowledge we can always learn something new. I look forward to learning lots!
