Solved a Tacoma issue with my new Ranger.
Hello, recently drove my 2019 Tacoma (towing 21' boat) to Lake Powell. Stop for supplies at Walmart. Stupid Toyota would start but not rev higher than 1200 rpms. No solution for hundreds of mile except the local Ford dealership. The team at Lake Powell ford were great. Resolved the Tacoma problem with a new 2021 Ranger XLT FX4. Was impressed to learn the Ranger has nearly 30% more torque and four more gears in the transmission. The Ranger rides smoother on the highway, returns better gas mileage, pulls the boat and trailer (4500 lbs). easier. Yes... Very happy to be back in the Ford family.
