Recently we have had multiple members who received private messages asking them to contact somebody who is trying to sell an item. This is a proven scam, and the user will take your money and ghost you. Do not respond to any of these users, and do not click on any links they provide. Instead, please report their message so that the moderation staff and/or administration can ban the user.

Before reaching out to an email or a user who has messaged you, please do a Google search for their name and see if their profile name or email has come up on any other forums. This can help protect you from getting scammed by repeat scammers.
