Is Crankshaft replacement possible with motor and transmission still in the truck?

 

No, usually not, since the transmission is bolted to the crank in some manner

Depending on the engine and vehicle you can often drop the crank out after transmission is unbolted and moved back
Front engine cover may also have to be removed, again depends on the engine
