dash
it's not too hard to do. pull off the glove box, radio bezel, knee panel, speedo bezel and defrost vent. unbolt the steering column (4 bolts under dash, and one more in the linkage at the firewall) unplug any wiring on the column. pull out and set aside. DO NOT TURN the wheel! This will mess up the clock spring. next remove the passenger side airbag (make sure the battery has been disconnected), a pillars and fuse box cover. there should be two bolts on the driver's side near the fuses, one on the passenger side just below the dash (may need to take kick panels out as well) and a few across the windshield area. iirc, that should pretty much be all of them. you will also want to disconnect the three wiring connections that connect the engine harness to the interior harness. they are located on the drivers side, below the brake booster in the engine bay. this will keep you from pulling all the wiring off the dash panel.
i know it's been discussed a lot on here. a good way to find it is to look for info on changing a heater core. the dash has to come out to do it. may not be a bad idea to go ahead and do yours while it's all apart.
