So changed my rotors and kept the old ones decided to cut the top off the old rotor then grind down the side so its all level and smooth and sanded it so it looks good simple and easy not that much of a difference but its better than nothing

 

I don't think thats safe.

what kind of thickness are we talking about, do you even have enough threads to firmly bolt the wheels back on?

doesn't sound real safe for something that isn't very costly to acquire in the first place.

 

 

In before the OP posts pics of his truck after the front wheels got broke clean off by hitting a speed bump...

 

And it would be hard to balance those...
