I don't know when to stop
I need to stop adding things to my to do list
Ok, so since my left drivers vent broke I got a new one and in the process of replacing it I had an idea.
I'm going to be mounting a trans temp gauge in a column pod, but in the future I may want more gauges.
Anyway, I had an idea to mount the gauge in that vent location. I have a few pics of what I have so far, if anyone has already done this feel free to post them up

Still dirty, gross

Mock up in the old dash

I guess the next step will be to figure out how to blend the vent trim on the dash so it doesn't look as hacked up
I understand completely. To help with the vent trim maybe some sand paper and bondo or fiberglass is in order? Luckily these trucks are a dime a dozen so you could get a spare from the junkyard if you wanted to practice before you used yours. Just a thought. Keep up the good work.
