Lifting my 99 ranger

2wd is easy. You have A-Arms that have several options. I wouldn’t recommend cranking up your Aarms to get lift. BTF sells 4” lift spindles for a low cost.

I used 4 inch spindles for the front and three inch blocks for the back and it works great! The only thing id watch out for is I had bad negative camber on the front, so I had to get that adjusted at my local mechanics, and the spindle will require shaving off some metal off of the lower control arm. but a 20 dollar angle grinder from Walmart did the trick for me. Good luck!
