Light Configurations...Ideas

So I ended up buying these lights...

So now I have some ideas...but not sure which one I would like better...and I have no idea how to even do them either...so when I find out which one I will do then I will figure out how to wire it.

Option 1: Sync up the middle light to flash when I am in reverse...
Option 2: Just sync it up to the bottom light so they both will be my brake/blinker...
Option 3: Have the bottom one be my brake light and the middle one separate as a blinker...
Option 4: Have nothing for the middle...
Option 5: Other suggestions...

i say, top reverse (thats a given there) middle one blinker and bottom one brake lights. the flashing thing wouldnt work that well cuz when you hit the brakes theyd stop flashing (or should anyway cuz ive seen flashers that dont stop flashing when you hit the brakes and its confusing and dangerous).

alright...if i were to do the bottom be brake light and middle be blinker...what would be involved...i'd have to get new lights that are single filament as matt said earlier...would i then have to do some rewiring all the way through the truck???
