also is it 4x4?
I'll tell you what I've done with my ranger so far if that gives you any ideas.
I am putting in a billet grill soon, I have halo headlights, did a DIY Ford raptor clearance light that costed around $10 and looks awesome, painted tow hooks black, put on good looking pedal covers, 2'' wheel spacers, welded in a new piece on the front of the bed because it had holes rusted through, electrolysed all skid plates and painted them.

What I'm planning to do:
Tinted tail lights with LED third Tail light. I'm switching the bulbs to LED too to counteract how dark they assemblies are
Tinted windows 35, so just legal
touchscreen head unit with back up camera
upgraded speakers
dynamat
paint radio bezel black
CAI
Magnaflow 1 In 2 out exhaust
