If you get the chance, definetly listen to Dean Blundell online. They're on from like 5:30-10am EST and steam from their website. They get a lot of flack from being pretty crude and raunchy. They even got suspended by the CTRC or whatever radio governing body for 1 week one time after making some comments about something lol.

Wow I didn't get razzed. Awesome thanks Larsen. I am French Canadian and am very proud of it. I was just in Quebec this past summer. The views of French Canadians towards the USA aren't nearly as negative as they used to be. In fact, some of my friends, born and raised in Quebec, have a certain respect towards America.
Us French folk, are a people who won't take **** from anybody. Some consider it whining..... whatever..... You have to admit, we get **** done. Child care services are extremely less, post secondary education is dirt cheap (even free sometimes), regulation of alcohol (to keep idiots at bay). I can see how one can perceive it as whining and ignorance but really, you have to have some respect for the French.
I still take some offense to you comment Larsen because you paint a whole nation because of the actions of a select few. There are two sides to every story.

What? Paint the whole nation? I think Canada is a great place to be. I have been to Montreal several times and I don't get respect because they know I am American. I lose respect for the French because they back off on their foreign affairs programs. They never defend the US when they come to terms on the foreign affairs. Oh well I am sorry if my comment affended you but Quebec will most likely never have their independence. All in all you seem like the first French Canadian that I can respect.

Should also be known that it's just not Quebec that is french. Much of New Brunswick is also french, but we never hear anything about them.

IMO, the only reason the French Canadians get the crap they do from everyone else is mainly due to the government. They're no different than you or I. The majority of french canadians I've met in my lifetime are some of the nicest people you'll ever come across.
