Nightshade 98-00 Tails

I cant find anyone who has done this. Does it look good? Im thinking about it, but i dont know what to do about the amber part.

Do what I am going to do. Go to Autozone, buy the Duplicolor Metalcast spray paint in Red, do the tails (except white section of lense) that way. Let it cure, then do a layer of clearcoat or two. THEN, hit it with niteshade and clear, and voila.

That sounds like a good plan. I might do that.

I was thinking about this the other day at work. If you did red metalcast wouldnt it reduce the light more then just black niteshade.

Not if you don't go hog wild with the Metalcast and Niteshade. Also, a JP7 LED setup would help, which is what I'll be doing when I get $ in the bank.

Hey Reid, get the RECON Line of Fire too, it will help in night time visibility once you blacken the tails and look real nice as well, I love mine.

I don't mind these, but I think the blacked out tails look stupid.

theyre amber you can tell when your looking at them with sunlight through them...

i know their amber, i have the same lights.

are they red when they are lit up?
