I’ve seen these retractable tie down anchors for sale on line but they’re always listed for 1998 and above. It took me a long time to figure out how to get them to fit but once I did, they went right in. Please see attached photo. Take the screws out of them first. Then insert into the outer corners pointing toward the front of the truck for the forward anchors and for the rear anchors, insert the assembly first into the outer rear corners of the openings. That is the only way they will fit into the openings. A little tricky but once I figured this out, they went right in. I bought a set of four of these on TEMU for $28.00. You can find various brands on line but I think they are all pretty much the same.
