Yeah all the auto tranny tailhousings had it as well as all the manual tailhousings for the R1, not the R1HD where ford moved the OSS from the rear axle to the tailhousing, starting in 01.

I have tested it on an electric t-case driveline, and it is shift perfectly.

I have two for sale right now.

Price: $75shipped
You did a great job on this. I built one myself for my BW 1350 to mate to my new M50D. It is for sure worth the price you are asking.

How do you leave feedback on this site. This guy deserves some for his attention to detail on that bracket.

Oh come on! I made these the way they are, and grant copied me! THIEF! lol

Grant, sometimes it's not about making money, but helping those out with a shop and tools... Just like my PA brackets I make.. Cost me money for materials and $10 each pair to ship... I end up making just enough for a case of beer off each bracket, which is what I need after making them lol

TrePaul, trying to have a touching moment on RF??lol. i know what you're saying, but I'm a red-blooded capitalist just looking out for my back.

haha. I might have another week of spring break so i *might* make two more. They kind of take a long time and i'm old and tried all day long. We will see how long it takes this other one to sell then we will see if i make moar...

Trevor....WTF are you talking about?

This is made for ALL 01+ 4x4's. REGARDLESS of engine. Manual tranny most definately. Auto, no clue...my understanding is that most if not all already have the bungs for the linkage. 01 is when they moved that OSS/VSS whatever to the tailhousing and with that moved OSSVSS, the only manual trucks with with the bungs were the 02 fx4 and 03 LII. 00 and older guys have it easy....alot of those manuals tailhousings have the OSS/VSS.

In summary: these items are perfect for you 01+ guys w/ manuals that want a manual transfer case WITHOUT the huge expense and hassle of finding your correct 02-03 Fx4 twin stick tailhousing. Plus, no need to pop open your trans and reseal it for the new tailhousing!!

Thread bump. (didn't bother reading most of 2nd and all of 3rd page)

EDIT: By what you said in this thread, you make it sound like 01+ 3.0 4x4's have them.......THEY DONT. If they did, that tailhousing everyone's after would be a dime a dozen(almost). Manual 4x4 tailhousings 01+ are all the same with the exception of the 02-03 twin stick Fx4's. Come on meow...you know better than that. lol.

Figured I'd throw my $.02 in. My LII tailshaft cost me $230+ and thats after my buddy getting it for me at DEALER COST. It also made for a lot of extra work to swap the tailshafts as the crossmember has to come out and some of the tailshaft bolts were a real ***** to get to, and then you have to worry about a new possible leak. Considering this was built off a real LII setup and not just some guess work, it should be a pretty good piece and hard to pass up at that price.

Bump. TrePaul is using the same bracket in his newly transformed manual transfer case Ranger. It works great. Saved him tons of headaches if going the other route with sourcing a tailhousing.
Super gewd deal here guys, don't pass up...never know when more of these adapters will be made....
