winch mount brackets (MI)
I have removed the winch mount off my 99 Ranger I bought from Levino about 3 years ago. I only have the two frame brackets that bolt in place of the factory tow hooks.I used the plate that bolts to the brackets on my Bronco2 for a winch mount so you will need to make your own plate for the winch to bolt to......very easily done. There are holes drilled in the brackets for tow hooks.

Close up of what? I thought my pix were pretty self explanitory.?.
You just remove your factory tow hooks and bolt these in place of them,then make a plate to bolt to the top of the brackets for the winch to bolt to.
