Yup, it hasn't been driven on the road for almost 2 years now. Was sitting at my parents house while I was in California, now it's sitting in the shop because I don't feel like getting a tag yet.

How can you work at BTF and not have you truck there to go wheeling with? It would drive me nuts seeing all those sweet rigs and not be able to go out and hit the trails.

My truck is here, in our shop. But planning a wedding + looking for a house = not much time for anything else at the moment.

Yea Ive been watching the build over on pirate too.

 

The front's just about done except for a few more tubes to tie in the front wrap-around and the shock mounts to the frame. We just got the 16" SAW for the rear in today.

I'm about done with the cage on the unlimited rubicon, should be done today so I'll be back to work on the "scary canary" tomorrow...

Here's some frame tie-in I made for the unlimited cage I finished yesterday. The plate bolts to the body (b-pillar does the same inside the tub) and the open side welds to the frame. I'll take some more pics of it welded on today.

The trucks been for sale for a while, on here and on pirate currently. If no one bites by the time we finish the KOH car and get back from the race then I'll be keeping it and getting rid of all the past work I've done to it. (stick welds, leaf springs etc)

Will be putting fenders and a bed back on it as well, so if anyone knows anyone with some cheap 98+ fenders and fleetside bed let me know.
