rofl the engine seized up and i just left the switch on to see if it caught on fire but it just smoked a lot. Gotta love the disposable Harbor Freight grinders!
Yeah my Chicago Electric one I got from Harbor seized up when I was cutting my Expo IRS diff cover. The cutting wheel got pincedh and it shot out some smoke. I clicked it off really quick and took it apart. Burned up a carbon bushing but for the most part it was ok. Put it back together and it still works like a charm. I wonder if they would have replaced it in my 1 year warranty or if I would have got the excessive use excuse.

i only paid 9 bucks for it so i just threw it away lol

What the world are you doing with the door???

Truck looks great man..I love the headlight mod..love the front end conversion..love the new bumper haha. Do the old B.L. brackets you had for the bumper work okay for the new bumper? I know the heavy duty brackets are better..my bumper seems kind of weak the way it is.

I'm debating which year style I want to convert mine to....I really want to be able to put lights behind the grill like you did so that may narrow down my choices.

Where did your water leak end up being? I've had a slight one on the passenger side for awhile and its freaking driving me crazy.

Half-door. And my leak was on the weather seal on the passengers side. If you open your door and pull the seal out towards you a bit just look for corrosion, mine had a lot of corrosion so i just sanded it down and loaded it with silicone and it hasn't leaked a drop since haha

I think my problem may be the same! I just found that actually. Im gonna line the seal with silicone and see what happens. Thanks man!!

yup no problem. sucks i didn't check that before i gutted the interior but whatever haha.

I killed this truck for 3 years ago lol. my new one has more done to it and will be getting more stuff soon.
