I decided to paint the Gauge Bezel Area of my Dash AND to use some of this new “Painters Tape” to tape off the area I wanted to paint.
All I can say about the new tape is that “it $UCKS” !
It says on the package that it hold a great tight sealed edge, WRONG !
I now have an edge I have to clean up, why didn't I just do it the old school way and use Masking Tape.
I didn’t read that the tape I picked up was "Medium Adhesion to Multi-Surfaces", what does that really mean.
Nothing against any other people in this country that speak a language other than english but this package has more NON-ENGLISH on it than I could read through or wanted to.
Lesson Learned.
I will post a pic after I attempt cleaning up the edge.

Yup.
There are the four switches where the four holes are, I added four mini LEDs, one for each switch, and the two black squares are two more switches, these operate the LED reading lights.
I took some cardboard, like a Bud Case, and made a templet.
I had some 0.062 aluminum, cut out the panel.
then formed it using a 2.5” wooden dowel.
More time than skill.

My reputation precedes me… lol.
No I do not have the bumpers installed, front one is just sitting there in the shop the rear is almost done.
Waiting to get the rear delivered and I will ATTEMP to get both installed, then removed and get them painted, not sure with what… (?) and then reinstall.
I need to get pictures of the whole process and get them back to C4x4.
Sorry but nothing yet and looks like maybe the middle of Feb before any gets started again.
My daughter’s wedding is coming up the first part of April so more to think about.
Thanks for asking
A couple of pictures of the rear bumper:
Waiting for the finished pictures from C4x4.

I have the templet for the Switch Panel on my OHC, ask me for it when you come get the T/C and you can have it.
Also, you interested in an 8.8, 31 spline, LS, 4.10 geared ’03 FX4 LVL II Rear Axle ?
54K mile approximately on it and I think I will be asking around $350/picked up.
Thinking of selling the 8.8 I was going to use and getting something different.

I was hoping that you would find that template.
Switching jobs soon, and STILL trying to work out a date for us to drive up.
I need to get out of this town.

The BackRack has been stripped and has been primed and the first coat of paint applied, need another coat but a little too windy to do now !
Ordered 4.56 gear of true EDGE and an OX Locker for the rear.
Found an 8.8, 31 spline, large tube axle will need to set that up then swap it in.
Also need to add the adjusting bolts to the front end at the same time.
Then I can start on the electric door conversion, power windows, locks and '06 mirrors, maybe the LED lock condition indicators.
Where is all the time going...?

Just to keep the EDGE Page up to date.
Rear Bumper is on and the front bumper is primed.
The Back Rack has been modified and it needs one more coat of paint and I will get there today while the wife is still sleeping; install and wiring soon.
After that I need to remove the front bumper and valance and get started on the front bumper, oh ya it needs painting.
After that power windows, mirrors and locks, then the stereo/amp/speakers and run the wires for the single 10” sub.
And last but not least, clean the rug and install the new seat covers, wow, how long do I have here in MA, lol
