Waiting on Dave. I think he crashed. He had to work this morning and came home at noon to let us use his shop. He was beat ( as was I ).

Update: Shawna just called. I think she laughed at the ' For Sale ' sign on her truck :)

Damn. Wish I could have stayed in bed till 2 today :)

The next project will be a 350 Dually that Smashed a Buick tonight. Pops ' RAN OVER ' the back end of a 99 Buick. I came home and saw teh front liecense plate missing.. then I realised the bumper was bent a bit.. Took a good look.. It needs a bumper, innercooler and some buffing. He said there ' wasn't anything left of the Buick.. ' but the passenger of it was a ' well insulated and padded individual ' so there were no injuries.

What ya doing tomorrow Scott? Bri? Dave? LOL! Wanna work on a BIG truck for once?

#2 got to work on that other house so i can get the other house after that.. (hehe, see if that makes any sence when you wake up and read it!)

Nope. He is just VERY busy out in his shop doing some things. I might swing by later and help him out :) .

Anyway.. I think this whole thing came out pretty good. Many different people helping in many ways. I'm looking forward to doing Scotts project once the parts arrive :) Should be on the 30th.

The whole truck's paint was ' dingie ' and HAD a yellowish/light brown tone to it. Rubbin compound and finishing glaze fixed it up really nice. Its WHITE again!

Then he went serious, taking off vinals.. all the left over sticky junk from those ghey headlight covers.. He wanted to cut off the rusty ricer pipe on her exhaust and run it straight out the back but I wasn't given permission to do such. He and brian were hunting through Daves shop lookin for a sawz-all..

Hmmm.... Two great minds... they create tools on the fly for particular jobs - Bri and D.... and yet they had to hunt thruogh the shop to find a sawzall when there was one laying out in the open, literally in the middle of the shop, atop the table saw in plain veiw... and they were hunting for one? Maybe they need glasses?

Umm.. we both probably do. . Then again, we do somethings backwards.. sometimes.. and sometimes it DOES work! Then again, your the man with the plan on cleaning just about any surface. That Stripper stuff worked great on the floor mats!

What cover? ( wasn't one on the truck when she dropped it off ). Tailgate was down.

BTW, I told her we named her truck the ' Nut '. Its white and used to be sticky all over.. It embarrassed her ( I think ).

Tailgate was in the lowered position...

Needs the bumper Mod: adjusting the bumper closer to the headlights and grille. That gap always bugs me. I'd also recommend spray painting or take a sharpie and black out the plastic on the clear corners. it's amazing how much those little things will clean it up and that will take all of 10 minutes

Im not much into the lowered trucks but that is one sweet looking ride just need to tint the windows and get some different mirrors and paint those white also. Clean ride! Good work guys!

the cover is shot to crap the x bf left it unsnapped a lot and wouldnt help me put it on right...so needless to say it didnt make it throught the winter.... there is chunks of the plastic missin..
i love the interior....the bumper the whole 9 u guys rock!
D remember the jose guy from the auto bone down here?? i showed him the truck and his jaw dropped...
haha when i walked up to my truck i was like what the hell.....so did anyone call for it?


haha my truck is a never ending MOD...but i want D to get tht clutch in.....

things i still need to do:
OHC
underbodies
powerdome hood

also D if you want me to have all the stero stuff installed professionaly haha im gonna need the stuff from you and the box from your bro....ahahahahah

I believe it will. Its from having them sit and oxidize for so long.
