Awesome.

Why didn't you paint the backs of the radius arms?
Get some brake cleaner and a rag to take the paint off the shocks shaft.

nice work it looks good are you getting bigger tires or staying with what you have it looks like you got more room up front but not in the rear

We didnt, There is an extra frame brace in there like mine but his box didnt twist much because of the cool bracket we made to mount the box to the frame.

^^ still have a couple things to redue before i can beat on it. lower coil buckets are not good. the spring will pop out if they release all the way.

anyone else have the mile marker manual hubs? these things suck. they dont hold tight to the hub and rattle every bump i hit. i called them yesterday and told them i didnt get the o ring seal for it which i really did but when thoes come in im going to try and use it as another o ring between the hub. hopefully that will stop it but im not sure it will.

anyone know if they make shorter pitman arms? i need one with the same drop but shorter in lenght. my drag link is hitting the tie rod bar because the angle its at. we knew it would be close but now it is hitting so i need to bring the drag link closer to the box.

also have to trim the track bar stud on the axle cause it hits the tie rod bar as well when the susp moves. few minor things i've gotta do

You dont want a shorter pitman arm that will mess with many many other things. just grind part of the piece where the come in contact away. I know what you are talking about and it would just be easier to grind it down some.

the closest is should ever get is when the truck is straight, if it touches it lock to lock that is fine, you will rarely go lock to lock at high speeds or on the road driving, wheeling its fine if it touches.

its hits the track bar on full right turn looks like from the mark.

everytime i stop and the front dips down there is an awefull grinding noise i hear. sounds like my truck is going to fall apart. i donno y its just starting now but i wanna make sure that is it. cause if not i gotta take another look at everything

well the pads and calipers i got suck pretty bad. found out that is where all my noise is coming from. the pads are sliding up and down in the caliper every time i stop and every bump i hit. they only gave me one clip to put on each side and i.ve got them in. i donno how to make them stop unless im missing parts.

and for everyone who has pmed me bout my superlift. its been sold to a local. he had cash and i didnt have to ship it so i sold it to him. sry

well i found out my pads are suppost to have 2 clips on each pad (4 per side) and they only have me 2 total. so i got thoes today. going to put them in soon so the noise will go away.

having bad memory steer after i adjusted the camber. its really makin me mad cause i cant figure out how to correct it. i adjusted the camber in my driveway last night just eye balling it and it was within specs when i put it on the rack today. i was pretty happy. lol
used a newer f250 for specs on the allignment

btw, my memory steer is gone. i tore it all apart and the upper ball joint nut was to tight and binding the knuckle from turning easy. and the camber slug was cracked somehow. its all back together and driving now. my alignment is off again tho.

awesome Evan!, sucks about the alignment, I want to tear mine apart and fix that stinking seal! I might look into the upper as well.
